These terms apply when you buy from Pambo Homes Collections online, on WhatsApp or at our shop. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Prices

All prices are in Kenya Shillings. The price you see is the price. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once we receive payment by M-Pesa, or on delivery where cash on delivery is offered. If an item is out of stock after you have paid, we will offer you a swap or a full refund.

Delivery and collection

Collect free at our shop, or we deliver anywhere in Kenya. Rates and timing are on our Shipping page. Please check your order when it arrives.

Returns

You have 24 hours from delivery or collection to return an item. The details are on our Returns page.

Product details

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes can vary a little.

Liability

Please use each product as intended. Our responsibility for any item is limited to the price you paid for it, except where Kenyan law says otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
