Changed your mind? You have 24 hours.

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 24 hours of delivery or collection, and choose an exchange or store credit.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full. We cover the return delivery.

To start a return, WhatsApp us on 0703 616 705 with your order number and a photo of the item.

Used items, clearance pieces and items without their packaging can only be returned if faulty. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange the delivery back to us. Refunds go back to you by M-Pesa once we have received and checked the item.
