We want you to love your decor.

If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Quality-defect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

To start a return, WhatsApp us on 0703 616705 with your order number, a photo of the item, and a short note on the issue.

Fragile or used items and clearance pieces can't be returned unless faulty. Return delivery for change-of-mind is arranged by the customer; we cover it for our errors or defects. Refunds are sent via M-Pesa once the item is received and checked.
