Pambo Homes Collections sells home essentials from the Digital Shopping Mall, Nairobi. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

In short

  • We collect only what we need to take, deliver and support your order.
  • We never sell your data.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
  • Payment confirmation: your M-Pesa transaction code and the amount paid. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or through our contact form.
  • How you use the site: pages viewed and device type, through cookies, only if you allow them.

Why we use it

  • To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
  • To update you about your order and answer your questions.
  • To keep the records Kenyan law requires, such as tax records.
  • To improve our shop and range, using combined figures that do not identify you.
  • To send you offers, only if you have said yes. You can say no at any time.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us serve you: our delivery partners, payment providers such as M-Pesa, and the company that hosts our shop. Each receives only what it needs. Messages on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) show us which pages are useful, and they run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time in the banner or in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Kenyan tax law requires, and other details only while they are useful to you. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at odpc.go.ke.

Keeping it safe

Our site runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only our team can see your details.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
